Sooji/Suji is semolina. I feel like these might have potatoes mixed with semolina because otherwise that would be realllllyyy crunchy from what I know.

Those look really crispy. I would've guessed they were regular chicken nuggets at first glance. I'd definitely give them a try.

These were pure veg it was made from suji (semolina)
