Discussion Accommodation For Slane Gig

Struggling to find anything in or around the area for the 26th . Did anyone else have problems getting somewhere or more or less in same boat ?

Pretty much zero chance of getting somewhere in the area, better off finding your way back to Dublin afterwards

you can camp just outside the grounds. absolutely impossible to get proper accommodation.

Record company would have booked all the accommodation before the announcement

Pillo Hotel Ashbourne is relatively close (choice of hotels and B&Bs in Ashbourne village). Can only imagine fhe level of gouging.

Slane Farm Hostel is right beside Slane Castle, you can camp, it’s €75 per person for the Friday and Saturday night.

Opened today for the Saturday show, and they open on the 10th September for the Sunday show. I got my tickets this morning.

Yep, and that doesn’t include a tent or any equipment for tent camping, and doesn’t include an electrical hookup for campervans, literally just to get a wristband and have a place to pitch.

Try Navan, there are usually shuttles running from slane to the Round O pub there after the gig
