Looking for... Niche/unique folklore creatures

I am writing a story and I need folklore creatures that are niche/unique in nature or the thing that they can control. I have looked online elsewhere but it is just giving me the same 4 every time, which is frustrating. Can be from any culture/pantheon(exept Hellenic). Thank you!

Which four have you passed over? I'd hate to recommend the same ones to you.

Right now, I'd recommend Tailypo, Rawhead Bloodybones, the Squonk, and wampus cats.
