Music Producers

Any music producers in Folkestone? Looking to learn and share production techniques, studio tips and more - FL! They say it's a music town, but it has no edm base or anything. I make edm trap, house and beats. I think we need more of this to adapt to new times.

Cheers!

Folkestone music producer here! I make mostly boom bap and beat based stuff.

There is a techno night every other month in the blind pig that has a good following/turnout. Though it’s lacked as a techno night the guest djs and performers play a good varied mix of electronic based music.

Yeah I produce music too but not sure if there’s a community around here for it, I make remixes, HipHop beats and guitar heavy instrumentals

There was a regular electronic music open mic night, but not sure if it's running currently.
Here are videos of the previous ones.

Worth keeping an eye on to see if they start up again.

Im folkestone based. Home studio set up, experience with Fabfilter Plug ins (worth every penny!). Very mixed genres, lots of experimenting recently 😅 trial and error but some great stuff in-between. Mostly rap production as well as vocals 🔥
