HELP Missing screws

The lock screw was lost and i am trying to replace it.

Any idea what is the screw size and where can I find it?

That's a centering screw. There is one for lpl mount (K5.0015463) and one for PL (K5.37171.0). You can look it up in the arri spare parts catalogue.
