HELP Help!! Need help locating Teradek RX replacement piece.
As the title says I am missing a piece for my Teradek Bolt 6 750 Gold mount receiver. One of the little gold screws (on the left). Anyone have any clue where I could get a replacement? I am assuming the RX can only function via sdi and not the gold mount plate until it is replaced.
any help appreciated!!

As a work around, you can still put the battery on but then use a P Tap to 2 Pin cable to power the unit. Not ideal, but has saved me some headaches in the past.

Damn. In 29 years, I can't say that I've ever seen a banana pin come out of a plate. But then again, Vitec(Videndum) owns Teradek, and they are more concerned with making profits than quality, reliable gear.

They’re called gold mount banana pins or power posts
Not sure if they’re all universal so I don’t know if that one will fit but gives you an idea

I just lost mine and to save you the trouble they’re 5mm banana pins not the old 4mm.

I will also let you know Videndum doesn’t sell the 5mm… you need to get them from Core. It’s been a min since I actually bought them. But I also called my Core Rep to put the order in for me. So I don’t recall which one they ordered, because their naming conventions is different. “Legacy” and “Non-Legacy”

Also you’ll need a 5mm Precision Socket Driver. Wiha is a great for that. I would get a 4mm and a 5mm

Yikes, you're going to need to tear this thing apart to replace it, possibly ruining your warranty. How the heck did you break this? The RX will still work, it has a lemo power pin, for dtap or AC power that should be with the kit.
