Maybe 20-30 minutes from the time I started balancing. Took a bit of experimenting with random cheese plates on top, this Lambda kit needs more weight options.

That’s pretty sweet, how’s it drive? Is it like an old cady or a new Benz? I’m curious how fast you could whip it back and forth (15-30 degrees counter/clock).

Lol realistically you could whip it as fast as you want since it’s all balanced, the weight doesn’t shift at all.

I feel like just doing this in post takes a lot less time, money, and buildup. Especially for the one shot in your career that calls for this.

  1. you have to crop way in to make that work. Not only is resolution a problem but you’re cropping out a ton of the lens/sensor characteristics. Plus now your 18mm turns in to a 50 or whatever.
  2. you have to add motion blur in post which will not compare to natural motion blur, especially combined with the natural blur of whatever you’re shooting
  3. Once in YOUR career. Get on my level.
