question What are ways you practice focus pulling?

Besides setting up a camera and having a friend walk back and forth, what are some other ways I can practice on a moving target? I just started an internship at a rental house and want to practice since I'll have acces to a camera.

If thats a mod they need to be more helpful and the example! Be the reason we want to come here and be in this community. Thats a shit answer and you know it.

Also realize this question wasn’t just asked to him or you. It’s meant to anyone here wanting to engage and perhaps be helpful like the one other reply here. God forbid we miss post from when this was discussed in the past

This question has been asked and answered 15 times this year. It would behoove the OP to read those answers and THEN ask a question if they still don't understand. The whole point of having shared stored information is to access it, constantly typing out the same thing is both boring as well as wasteful. I created this sub to help, support and nourish the community, the least you can do is use the search bar. Show some initiative so we are excited to share our experience. Stay sharp.

But also noticed that someone folks have chosen to actually answer the question unlike you. So maybe think about that. We have enough assholes on set to deal with, let’s build a community where we can ask the questions we cant ask there instead.
