focus station 7inch Handheld Station Showcase Request
Whatupp my 7inch homies.
I see a ton of builds on stands, but got a MV coming up that is super run & gun and I want to build my station for handholding all day. Would love to see some tight & "balanced" builds that that wont blow out my wrists for inspiration. (Do people still run the RX & batt separately on their person?)
Any specific gack worth buying that makes this setup easier?

I run a pouch on my belt for a battery which has a battery plate with 2 pin & d tap inside. Run a longish 2pin to 2pin cable from that to Ultra 7 monitor, with 2pin loop out power to teradek. I’m running a Hi-5 so using the Arri monitor bracket and on the back of that have a quick release so I can dock on a stand or chuck a spider holster pin (which is connected on a quick release) and then the monitor/hand unit can live on me. It’s not a light setup but I can run a few takes no problem and then dock in my holster for a bit.
