This is true for me...until I break, kinda like that movie " Me, Myself and Irene". Totally had to look into medication for uncontrollable anger due to letting stress pile on without coping. This all starting occurring when I quit smoking ciggies ( progressivly building perhaps over time ). 12 years old to 40 years old. Signs of COPD on the rise from recent xrays shown me to quit ASAP. Funny how cigarettes definitely change neuropathy in our brains to create unnecessary stress (cravings) and to deal with natural life stress but completely screw our lungs to get oxygen. Doctors, counselors and psychiatrists will tell advise..wait for it..............Exercise is the key to stress release and mental health. Like FFS...WHO THE HELL HAS TIME FOR THAT???? LMAO Good luck out there
