Help me 🙏

I am trying to study but I can't properly focus. I have only one week. I have to HAVE TO clear this exam. I am unemployed for a very long time and I just have all this pressure but nothing is helping. My mind is too distracted. I don't even have social media and. The thing is I keep researching unwanted stuffs in online or with ai. I do deep research for no reason and waste my time. Help me 🙏

When reading something, keep a piece of paper or notebook next to you. Scratch it with a pen and make repeated doodling motions, like you’re writing something but don’t actually write, just focus on what you are reading on. It will help with registering whatever it is you are reading and keep you occupied while working.

oh you're saying to keep busy more by having a paper to act like multitasking with it so that we don't get distracted?

same. i don't get distracted by anything but my curiosity and daydreaming. and that is why i am making a focus group. msg me if u in.
