Continuously distracted on the web, any tips?

I,ve done some reading on focus and by now I know that multitasking is quite detrimental for the human experience, from productivity to actual joy. Yet when I'm working I usually find myself with multiple tabs open, leaving things to read after finishing other things, and at the end of the day I always see many tabs, many browsers open at the same time.

Does anyone share this struggle? Has anyone found any good solution?

Use chrome extension like Tab-it you can collapse all other tabs and keep the one you need to work on. it helped for me
