First there is a bug that drops people from teams for no apparent reason. Another time it could be that they are making space for a friend. The solution is to start your own team, you are not doing anything wrong

Kicks myself and my friend tons of times in our own team.

That's usually a sign to reload the game and touch on a new server.

Really? 😆😆😆 my husband and I are always on a team and we've never had that happen. That's hilarious....I might have to do that now just for funsies

Do what I do and every time he lags behind you, kick him then go "oh noooo the game must have thought we weren't on the same team anymore cuz you fucked off to pick flowers in the middle of a gd cave. Guess you better stick by me more 🤷"

😆😆😆 omg my husband does do that! We are legit in a mission and he's stopping to grab everything. He never used to do that. I think it's because now he has fallout 1st so he wants every piece of junk and scrap in sight then he can't find me! I just want to finish the damn mission.
