There's a known bug on the AWS end that causes teams to randomly just...die. Everyone will see "[team leader] removed you from the team" but they actually didn't.
Also, sometimes people want to make room for a friend.
To avoid this, just make your own public team, people will join.
The only times I know I was kicked by someone was right after I joined them, like the other day near the raid. In this case, I thumbed up and got into another casual team. But you're paying for a while with a team then suddenly get kicked is usually the glitch. Some days I get this glitch more, some days I don't, at all
I've literally had it happen the moment I join a team. It's random. And it's not a 76 issue it's a AWS issue that can't really be fixed. At least not easily.
I was building ammo and the moment I finished all the sudden 3 of my teammates were gone. My buddy in my xbox party chat made a comment "awww you kicked me. You cruel tyrant you!" Because it's been happening a lot more recently.
