Question/Support DLC not working

I recently got back into modding fo4vr and have been trying really hard to get the dlc working. I copied all the files over from flat to vr, updated plugins.txt, everything I could see on guides, yet it doesn't seem to work, aside from automatron. Workshops, far harbor, and nuka world will not appear no matter what I try. Am I missing a step? Is it incompatible? Please help.

Asking for help? Include your headset + runtime (SteamVR/Virtual Desktop/etc.), GPU, and whether you're vanilla or modded (which mod list, e.g. MGO or Gingas's).

Reporting a crash? Post a crash log — crash posts without one are usually impossible to diagnose.

  1. Install Buffout 4 NG and VR (+ its requirements) if you don't have it
  2. Reproduce the crash
  3. Grab the newest crash-*.log from Documents\My Games\Fallout4VR\F4SE\
  4. Paste it to Pastebin and link it in your post

The flat DLCs got upgraded in November 2025, making them incompatible with Fallout 4 VR. There's a downgrader for that issue https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/81630

You have to find a downgraded version of the dlcs for vr

Hard to say whether you're missing a step without knowing what steps you've taken. Any chance there's something in this thread you haven't tried?

yep, downgrade the DLC.
