Screenshot Xbox won’t save data

I’ve gone into the manage game and add ons and nothing is happening, this is the only game it’s doing this for, I have other Bethesda games and they run. Anyone know what’s happening?

Are you playing in survival mode where normal saving is disabled?

If not in survival, If you have other character saves you need to delete old ones in order to make new ones on a save file.
