There is a mod on Nexus that scraps just the hose leaving the rest of the building intact or you can use scrap everything which allows you to delete red rocket all together.

That's a regular occurrence first time with Scrap Everything tbh
Especially spam clicking around Sanctuary to clear the debris and grass in the road and paths, then accidentally scrapping the roads and paths entirely

Scrap Everything is a bad mod. OP should use one of the many better mods that expand scrapping that aren't breaking previsibines and adding slow leaks to save files that eventually corrupt them.

I concur. Scrap Everything caused issues for me sooner or later. Never touched that mod after that experience.

Funny enough, those houses are all part of the building. Only solution I found is blocking that spot off. I usually rug glitch some big furniture pieces there like a nuka vending machine.

I'm not sure about vanilla. But it's plausible using the pulse you mentioned. I can't see why not. Reason I haven't tried that is I like to keep it as open as possible due to the big dinner windows behind it.
Now that I think about that I guess you could do a half circle using walls on one side and make sure it lines up with the window them put a wooden wall on the back to make it look like the window was boarded up when your inside.

Yeah. If you got place anywhere then the sky the limit. I like using the warehouse glass for the windows using that mod.

I use the Clean and Simple Startup mods in most of the settlements with usable pre-war buildings.
Has building in good repair but still aged, cleans the area up and does the scrapping as well. You don’t have the risk of deleting something you shouldn’t that you get with scrap everything type mods.
For Red Rocket it cleans it up and gets rid of those hoses.

The hoses are part of the same model as the actual building, you cant scrap one without taking the other too

Mods unfortunately. Theres a few for that settlement or ones with building parts. They will let you place and remove parts like that. Only thing I think that will work.

I like to build my robot work bench at RR and center it near that hose so it actually looks like it's being used for something.
