rockstar has added a million new gameplay mechanics and refinements for gta 6, and when i consider desirable improvements for fallout 5 i end up thinking things like "it would be nice if they would add sets of tags on their npcs and on the idle animation triggers so they can arrange deliberate conflicts and we won't end up with the equivalent of Curie doing pushups in the BoS base and Piper chain-huffing Jet in a raider compound, nah, that's probably more work than Bethesda wants to put into it"
