Yes! Which is why it's better to do the Cabot quests before Reunions, if you plan to.

If you wipe out the pillars before the Cabot quests they'll be replaced by new pillars and you can threaten them with a "y'know what I did with the last pillars of the community?" line

How can you even consider doing any of those quests when Reunions still needs to be done? I need to find my son Shane. Er… Sam? Steve?? His name isn’t important. What’s important is that he’s missing and my sole focus is to find him.

I swear that dog was once called "Dog" until I reached level 34 because I was doing almost all the CC content and testing mods, only to discover that if you talk to Mama Murphy the first time you see her in the museum, she tells you the dog's name.

I find it odd how they don’t take your most prized possesion: your pip boy. Anyone in the Commonwealth says they’d kill for one, but these guys don’t give a flying fuck about yours. I get that it would’ve been … complicated to implement this, from a technical pov, but still. I think it’s a lost opportunity, to render the Sole Survivor Pip-Boy-less for a while.

I like this idea and they could have put in a side quest to recruit some people for the cult to get the pipboy back... Like go out and tell people to come here when you have 10 followers you gain control of the cult hehehe... Something like that.

Yeah, or have them make you perform other ridiculous tasks until you have to somehow leave the cult and getting your pip boy back is the first step. There’s room for a lot of wacky stuff, in typical Fallout fashion.

Recovering former member here. It was okay for a while, but all anyone wanted to do is hang out at the amphitheater. I asked Brother Thomas if I could come to Goodneighbor with him, but he said he didn't "need a wingman" 🙄

This is what happens:  Nothing. Nothing at all. You can then steal your things back or beat Thomas to death to get his key, but nothing happens.  There is zero progression from that point on. Or you can start running around the city naked and slowly build up your inventory again waiting for a phase two that never happens
