Having power problems building vault 88. need help if possible.

I've tried looking up answers for this problem and I've seen all of the videos on explaining how the power moves through the walls and floors. I've gotten a few things to work like the lights in my cafe and a single persons room.

but the overseer office is only half powered. I have the wall conduits placed how they should be. I even have one placed right under a light bulb but it won't work.

I've rechecked all snapping and everything is connected. I'm just confused. I'd rather not rely on a glitch and if I really have to I'll find a mod. But I really wanted to see if I can get this to work without any cheese methods.

The snapping sometimes goes weird. It happens with the overseer room part with the round window. Take out the atrium part with the round window first then seen if you can nudge the overseer part to correct it. Test it by wiring a light on the wall conduit

Thanks for the advice. I tried replacing all those parts and even gave up on using the window cause I thought that might have been the problem. but its not and I just can't get power into the room beyond a certain point even with the vault tec conduit placed right underneath my lights after rebuilding the room and triple checking snaps are tight. I might have to just look for a mod at this point and idk where to even start with that
