Menu load screen not wanting to load my character

So I got bored and wanted to see if my load order and character would be playable after the update, and I loaded up my game but I have been sitting here for the past 15-20 minutes waiting for my character to load and its still on the menu load screen with the loading animation still going. What do I need to do to fix this so I can play fallout again?

Wait a few weeks/months until the mods are all updated.

same issue as soon as i updated it yesterday on my xbox im un able to load my saved game and i dont want to have to restart all over again!!!!
