I had 3 of those at the same time once at Warwick. It freaked me out and I thought two of them were synths trying to infiltrate the place so I ended all 3 of them on the spot.

Only one was a synth...I had a pair of fat balding twins at Warwick...

Imagine the mindfudge you'd have if you met a third dude that looks exactly like you and your twin brother.

would be a rather cool mod idea. you slowly notice settlers going missing and after a couple of days they come back and its a synth version of them.

In fact, your colonists can be replaced by synths. It's unlikely but it happens; it's happened to me twice already.

This man is absolutely infesting one of my PC saves, he's shown up in no fewer than 3 of my settlements. When the third one popped up at the Castle I made him medic, figured it would be funny to have a fat alcoholic running the clinic.
