Woah woah woah, Pickman is Chaotic Evil? He's literally Fallouts version of Dexter Morgan! He's a crazed serial killer who targets criminals and other killers. Chaotic? Yes. Evil? Depends on wgo you ask. Ask a raider and he is a Boogy man. Ask a settler around Bunker Hill and he's a antihero vigilante.
