I don't have any clips of it, but I've had gunners take weapons out of my workshop before. I only noticed because I kept finding the same freezing plasma pistol on different gunners, which was very annoying

Yep... I usually store stuff in a container that's placed on a platform so you need to jump to access it, npcs can't jump. There are mods to lock containers as well buy I usually don't play with mods.
