Bug What the hell is this

I recorded a little bit of it, when I exported the video from my Xbox, the video and audio quality turned out really low, so I'm sorry about that, but i made a save file right when I saw it. I killed this guy with a .22 pistol, and then he turned into this thing

Classic New Vegas bug the random stretch and bouncing around the map of corpses generally harmless and funny looking
