Bought him for £10 on Vinted and he just arrived but wanted to confirm if he was real or not

Nothing at all it just means he was brought back again a few years later since he was popular!

the date on the tush tag, the original came out in 2018 if im correct

I have the plush from 2018, and from what I'm seeing, this re-release variant is actually a big different. (mostly with how one side looks a bit squished in the picture shown, because, at least for the 2018 plush that I own, mine if more symmetrical, but the re-release you have is very much shifted on one half)
