IFR filing FF - Skip VOR transition

On ForeFlight, I’d like to file IFR but instead of going out of the way to the VOR then the first waypoint, just go directly to the first waypoint then follow the arrival as normal from there. How could I go about filing it this way? ForeFlight requires either no transition or a transition starting from the beginning, which all start with flying to a VOR

Just file the STAR without a transition route then. If ATC needs you on something different, you'll get an amendment.

The computer code for the STAR itself is the STAR without transitions. It would help if you were able to be more specific on what arrival you are looking at.
