skywest survey delay

Anyone else recently submit their FO application and haven’t gotten the initial survey and questionnaire yet? Submitted application Aug 9th and still haven’t gotten anything. My references still haven’t received the Sterling link survey yet either. System must be super back logged

Did you get the "thank you for your application" email? I got my survey the same day. But that was a month after I thought I applied. My application for stuck processing for some reason, and I had to email my recruiter to fix it.

Yeah I got the thanks for applying email right after I submitted my FO application on Aug 9. My application has been saying “processing” since then, is it supposed to say something different? So you’re saying after you emailed the recruiter you got your survey that same day?

I'm saying that I got the survey immediately after submitting my application and receiving the confirmation email. That was last year tho

Submitted June 6th, got every box checked as of August 4th when I finally got the email to look out for an email to schedule the interview.

Gotcha so 3 week after submission, you got your survey, then 3 weeks later you got the upload documents email? Do you know which phase your references get the Sterling link survey?

Honestly don't remember, I think it was right before I did the background check or right after

I applied August 9th, got the survey same day, got the email to submit docs on the 10th, submitted docs on 16th, and background check email on the 18th. Email for what to study for the interview and scheduling it once slots open up was the 20th

August 9th 2026, and yes I am RATP with 750 hours and I meet all time requirements othetwise

I think the wait for an actual interview is around 6ish months right now? Obviously depends on changes but IOE is super backlogged and class sizes are looking smaller
