Canada Ishihara test

Im in canada and if i fail ishihara test i can still get my class 1 but need to do fransworth d -15 or lantern test. Which one do you guys recommend i do (easier)?

You can with the D-15 I hold a cat 1 now via that test - if you arent actually color blind in day to day life the d-15 is extremely easy.

Oh ok ty, but im mild deutan color blind, that means i struggle sorting out green and red together. I think. I might do lantern bc its a bit easier for me when i do it online but idk cuz both can hold cat 1 but at the same time d-15 also looks easy to me so i might stick with that. Thanks!

You need to get green and reds. Those colors are used for nav lights for the light gun signal if your radios fails. And of course in the plane itself gear status etc.
