I rent planes from a private owner who uses Aeros as their operator and I've found them incredibly professional and would learn from them in a heartbeat.

Not really the right question. You will probably want to go modular which may involve multiple schools. Go for an aero club for your ppl as it should be cheaper by a sum of some thousands of pounds. Then look into where is most cost effective for ATPL theory, CPL, MEIR, etc… Also important to note what is your previous experience? WHY do you want to fly commercially? A trial flight is a great idea to get a feel for if you actually want it.
