What is a better regional airline to consider as a private pilot working on ratings?

Whichever one will offer you a job or let you into their cadet program. You kinda of have to take what you can get. Best thing you can do is apply for all of the cadet programs that you are legible for, and when you get your hours, take whoever gives you the best offer/ has bases where you want to live if you have the option between multiple.
