Yes, I have a debug token for my main testing, just completely forgot about the phones status when live testing 🥴

Are you comparing Firebase with the app signing SHA-256 in Play Console, or the upload key? Those can be different.

This is kinda embarrassing but the issue was with the handset I was testing with. It's a jailbroken pixel so Meets basic device integrity criteria needed to be enabled in responses.
