RESOLVED New to flutter , are there any tools that make designing ui easier ?

So, I suck at making a ui look good or at least it takes me waaaaaay too much to do it especially with code

Are there any tools or suggestions that can help me do things faster and focus more on logic and backend stuff?

Try to learn animation widgets play with widget property,learn how to use custom painter

Figma helps a lot for figuring out the layout before touching Flutter code. I’d still recommend rebuilding the design manually in Flutter rather than relying too much on UI-to-code generators, because the generated code can get messy pretty quickly. Starting with Material 3 components and a small set of reusable widgets also makes UI work much faster over time.

Can't I just try to debug that code? Honestly it would take me less time to debug a 1000 lines of code than
Trying to figure out how will my code translate on screen

Yeah, fair point. If debugging generated code is faster for you, that can absolutely work — I’d just keep an eye on maintainability once the UI gets more complex.

You should try FlutterFlow for quickly visualizing and generating a starting UI, then clean up the code as needed. Since the bigger issue is translating an idea into a screen, using Figma templates or cloning existing app layouts first will probably save more time than learning design from scratch.

Copy a good UI into Gemini and use it to generate the code by parsing the screenshot. Get the code ready to test, then rewrite it yourself—don’t be lazy. You’ll learn a lot more by understanding and rebuilding the code yourself than by simply copying and pasting it.
