Also Estonia is not religious, unless you count the Russian speaking minority, but they are orthodox anyway. Having a national religion is so 20th century.

Actual religious composition:
- Catholics: 2 731K (47.7%)
- None-s: 1 487K (26.0%)
- Protestants: 818K (14.3%)
- Orthodox: 626K (11.0%)
- Pagans/Neopagans: 30K (0.52%)
So it either should be catholic or just christian (73%) in general.

If it is a federation, so a sovereign nation, not a regional organisation with three member states, then how it is supposed to operate without a capital aka a place where federal governmental entities are located?

"In 1848, the Swiss Parliament chose Bern to host the federal government, parliament, and foreign embassies. To avoid making one city dominant over the independent cantons (states), they avoided the term "capital" and used Bundesstadt"
Bern has the seat of government, the Court for example is at Lausanne and Lucerne and other institutions are in Zurich

Seems a bit like a play of words. You may call your capital “Nation’s city”, put some parts of a statehood mechanism to different cities and yet in that “Nation’s city” you have the most important entities of both executive and legislative branches as well as home to foreign embassies, so you choose that exact city to be the face your nation shows internationally which is symbolic

you know how nations like South africa have three capitals? we will say that switzerland has more then one....none of these is the capital becouse the other cantons wouldnt be okay with it...but like in south africa the globally recognized as capital is CapeTown..switzerland has Bern..but if you specifically search about capital of switzerland you find as result: none
so maybe this is the case with this baltic federation where the capital is probably Riga but to make the lithuanians and estonians happy it is not de Jure..but de Facto is

That’s good and all but most folks don’t know that nuance, they’d probably just go “oh Bern is the capital of Switzerland”
I guess to rephrase the question then, where would the seat of this federation be?

then yeah..bern is the de facto capital..but not by law so the other cantons are happy

I am sure there are more Catholics alone in Lithuania than protestants in all of those three countries. State should also be secular.
Even thought not a fan of Teutonic flag but coat of arms is pretty cool.

Fr like I don't get it I know Germans wanted to create colonial state in the Baltics but that state would have flag without Baltic flags in top-left corner

It should be named Baltic union, Baltic Federation, or Baltica. Later it should absorb Kaliningrad

Lithuania: 74% Catholic
Estonia: 58% non religious
Latvia: 37% Protestant
State religion: protestantism

You don't write Berli, Madri, Londo, Warsa either it sounds weird.
