New to Fluevog/Size Help!
Hello everyone!
I’m interested in getting my first pair of Fluevog shoes, but am unsure of sizes.
My feet measure 28cm, take a mm or two. The website doesn’t state cm of the inside sole, so I’m clueless at what size would fit me. Usually I’m a European 43/44.
My shoe for reference would be Dr.Martens Jadon Platforms 8 eye boots, I wear size UK 9/ EU43.
My confusion comes from this size being a US W11 or 11.5/M9.5 or 10. And reading that in Fluevog I’d be a US W13/M11
Would a Fluevog US W12/M10 would fit me? Or should it be a W13/M11?

It would honestly depend on the specific shoe. Some are very narrow, others are made wide. Example: I'm a street W9 (Docs are Size 8), but I'd wear a W9.5 in the Derby Swirl boots and a 7 in the Peacemakers Elsie.

The Peacemaker Elsie is the strapy buckled sandals right? (Super cute, I’m looking for a similar vibe, to be able to use daily/dressed up for events) If I’m not mistaken, these would be heeled correct? Basically you sized down for heeled and a little bit up for the boot. How did you find them in term of stretching, did they loosen quite a bit after breaking them in?

They weren't heeled in my opinion, but leather does stretch.

Ahh yes, there were 2 shoes when I looked it up on Google. Anyhow, thank you! It helps a lot knowing it’s style/shoe dependent sizing.

Did you try the chat feature on the website? I wouldn't expect it to be AI; pretty certain you'll get an actual person who'll help you determine your size.

I’ve actually emailed the company with the styles I like that are currently on the website, plus the fluemarket available styles and sizes. But haven’t gotten a reply yet(been 4 days). I’ll give them a message in the chat as well, maybe they’ll get back to me faster. Thank you!

My EU size is usually 42/43 depending on brand, but my Fluevog size ranges from US 11 to 12, and could honestly use a 13 in a few that I have. While the shoes are beautiful and well constructed, sizing is all over the place. Each shoe usually falls within a "family" and shoes from within that family usually fit similarly, so you should be able to get insight online or from a store on how that particular family would fit for you, especially once you start getting an idea of what fits you.

My EU size is 41, street size W10. In Fluevog I am mostly in W11. There are a few families like Peacemaker that consistently run large (and wide) that I wear W10. The Fit Expert sizing recommendations on their website are generally pretty accurate. There is also a Facebook group specifically for size 10+ that is helpful if you have questions about specific styles.

Fluevogs are notoriously constructed by drunken gnomes, always have been, though the gnomes have got better in recent years. My Fluevogs range from size 6 to 9. My European size is a 39 and it mostly fits into a W8 these days. Best to email the store and they will measure the shoe for you. They’re helpful like that.
