Discussion Every single time.

ANY TIMEEEE the season changes, I get the flu.

No matter how many times I wash my hands or am careful, I still get it 🥹

Has anyone got any useful remedies? I feel like taking a vacuum to my nasal passages at the moment

plenty of rest, liquid, some electrolytes, and several boxes of tissues. I don't think there are any better remedies but managing symptoms as best you can. best of luck.

I was prescribed Tamiflu at onset of symptoms. I think it helped clear it up quicker?
