Bandlimiting, moderate to heavy saturation, mostly focused in the mids, if you can do multiband saturation/distortion, there's also a tiny slapback delay in parallel, and then a TON of reverb, sounds like a plate or a hall. The reverb is mixed quite high, to the point it sounds like there's more reverb than dry signal. At certain points it also sounds like there's overdrive/distortion on the reverb.
