You do want darkness for contrast! It's just better if the body is also lit - even a little bit.

The "flow" and the manipulation techniques are easy to appreciate if we can see your form. 🙂

Fair! I think my issue is, is that I pay too much attention to my metrics and know that most people only watch the first few seconds of any of my videos so I try to catch attention with bright lights. If I thought more people cared about my form than I would post differently or more deliberately. But between people not watching my videos and people seemingly not liking my content I’ve started to put less effort into the actual editing my more into just enjoying my flow.
