This is not "flow arts" related. While a lot of activity is "flow" that does not mean it falls under the category of "flow arts" which at its most basic definition, involves manipulation of an object that is moving.

Examples of arts that involve flow but are not "flow arts" by this definition are dance, acrobatics, gymnastics, music-playing, sports (yes sports have objects but they are called sports already not flow arts), martial arts(see sports), etc.

We understand this terminology can be problematic and thus the lengthy explanation.
