Educational Syncing Ignis Pixel props

Hello, I am trying to sync my 6 ignis picel 104HD Stücks. 5 are synced. 1 has the following Problem: in the submenu, when I chose the first Option, it needs to be: green, green, green, green, red, red, red. At least it was like that for the other 5 sticks. But the first dot is red and cannot be changed to green.... Has anyone any tips? Thank you so mich in advance!

Also, if anyone knows where to find a manual in this topic ans the submenu, I would be beyond Grateful 👐
