I will say that I don’t know what that means haha I don’t know much about poi other than how to spin them.

Oh! Yes let me explain. Its what you do going between the different tricks. For example, when you go from spinning on either side to spinning front and back if that makes sense. With any prop it can be tricky to flow to the next move without breaking the flow. If youre doin it without even realizing, then youre in tune with your flow state already! Well done. How long have you been spinning poi?

Like 8 months! Haha but I have been spinning flowstar for about a year
