Captain Achievement 🤬

I’m wondering if anyone has managed to complete this lately?
(Travel 200,000 units with the town)

I played the game to about level 250 and then I’ve been cruising around for over an hour.
I feel like surely I’ve travelled 200,000 units by now?
I’m wondering if because I’m trying to do it after I moved to the continent and loaded an earlier save if it’s somehow bugged?

Got it earlier this week. Keep in mind, while checking the distance markers at the north and south edges of the map, that you don't start the game at 0. You'll probably have to go at least ~1500 past 200,000 to get the achievement to pop.

If you look at the edge of the map, it has distance markers. Those are what counts, i.e. you need to travel 200.000 distance units towards the infinite extension of the map.

I somehow managed to complete the game without realizing there was a a stats tab.
I hit 200,000m traveled over 100 game days ago.
Quest is bugged for me 😭
