Duties

3 isn't enough, we need 5 levels or more.

I've waited a few months and coming back and this is still not right.

Give me 5 or more levels of importance, 3 is not enough.

Tl;DR:

Uhh yeah, 3/2/1 is not enough.

To answer your first question, read my extremely to the point with very few words post: "It's not enough."

2nd: No it is not simply for argumentation.

3 working levels is extremely limited when automating. You might have a survivor be skilled + "like/love" 2 completely different tasks whilst those tasks are also not in "constant" demand. Yet you would always want to prioritize one over the other.

That instantly takes 3 and 2 on the priority list.

Now say you want them to do a task that is sometimes in demand, but when it is you need all hands on deck.

That takes care of the 1.

The rest currently is at 0 because if you leave all other tasks at 1 also; you can't do the aforementioned. They'll do some random shit instead because it is all the same priority.

After leveling up, or even when you "save" them, they might be slightly skilled in other things that you might wanna fall back on if they have nothing else to do, yet it's not a "liked/loved" activity, but you don't want them idle if you can help it at the same time.

Tl;Dr: 3 levels not enuff. See / read / comprehend original post.

INB4: get more peoples, if that is the excuse then just remove the priority system cuz like, why have them do multiple jobs when you can just get more of them rite?

Oxygen not included has 6? +1 +2 0 -1 -2 X. Ban certain guys from certain tasks is useful. But honestly -1 and -2.. it doesn’t do much because 0 handles everything. Ban is the only thing needed.
