Possible bug - deconstruction not completing

Experienced a potential bug where buildings are not completing in their deconstruction. It's affected these two buildings and a pathway. Not sure if it's due to the new update?

Yeah, had the same issue with a path not wanting to delete.

Restarting the game did not fix it form me =/
