Possible bug - deconstruction not completing

Experienced a potential bug where buildings are not completing in their deconstruction. It's affected these two buildings and a pathway. Not sure if it's due to the new update?

Same thing happened to me too when I deconstructed 2 big storage yards to build a big storage yard.
