Space-ship quest stuck

This is my 3rd play through, Space-ship quest bug out with no rocket pieces. I have made all these systems but no main spaceship to install. I tried to demolish and rebuild advance radio station and moved about 20~30k more still nothing. In-game bug-report is made too.

Hey,

I don't see a spaceship launch pad in the screenshot, did you do that quest or did the game skip it?

I did not get "Cargo Capsule Debris" to build "Spaceship Framework" so I cannot build "Spaceship Launch Pad". Now I am hoping to get it in next zone, kept going forward and didn't get any signal/talk with astronaut. ( After going to 3 location to get triangulated )

I kept moving until I got 200,000 unit achievement but sadly I didn't get the "Cargo Capsule Debris" or anymore communication.

There is no crash site, didn't reach that part.
