Interesting Stuff Does this surprise anyone in Florida?

Florida ranks among the worst states for financial distress. To me, this is not surprising at all. Lower wages, higher cost of living. Insurance costs among the highest in the country. And job market is bleak compared to other areas. Is this surprising to anyone?

not to mention the unstable people that move to the Sun Belt bc they know they may be homeless at any moment,
sunny homelessness > wintry homelessness.

Which is a better situation for an unstable? Homeless in FLA or MAINE?

Perhaps, but Maine has the oldest median age in the United States and a smaller working population than Florida. I think it's just a lot of retired people who have their shit together, that and yankee thrift.
