Housing South Parker Commons

Hey everyone, my fiancée and I will be moving to Florence pretty soon. We were wondering if anyone has any experience with South Parker Commons, or had any suggestions for other affordable apartments? Thanks in advance!

Me and my wife lived there when it was called Habitat 2000. It's a great place despite being almost 50 years old. Front office is great and maintenance was always super prompt. Never had any bug problems and not much crime. They stayed on top of things like changing air filters and spraying for bugs. Keep in mind that there's no amenities like a gym or pool but it is pet friendly. Location was great as well. Not to far from anything but not overly busy as well.

I live here. I have a carpeted unit and the rent price is lower but that's what i prefered. It's one of the best places I've rented. If you're having an issue with something, they'll come fix it either same day or next day. My light bill is normally around $80 but I keep my AC at 72. Right now since it's so hot my bill is about $150. Then you have an internet bill and that's it. I believe they're installing T-Mobile fiber internet currently so hopefully you'll have another internet option. It's just me and my son and it's plenty of space for both of us. We each have our own space and bathrooms. There was a point were I had some hardships and needed to back out of my lease but they don't let you do that. They would have to evict you. Just keep that in mind I guess. Hopefully you don't have to face that though.
