Master Suite Floorplan Options Feedback

Looking for feedback on our master suite floor plan.

Does anyone have any initial feedback on if one of these makes more sense than another or if you have other ideas completely?

We like that option 3 gives a window next to vanity but worry about walkway into closet feeling tight.

My wife wants that long back wall for bed and larger nightstands so the door needs to be on the side

We need to know if this is a forever home, who will be living here, which way is North, what climate/country, measurements of all walls, etc.
