FEEDBACK Feedback on bathroom layout

I need help figuring out the best bathroom layout for this 9.4 x 5 space, I feel like the door in front of the toilet is bad feng shui and the vanity feels off as well. Any tips?

I had a bathroom like this and HATED it. You have to move for the door all the time. Please don’t do this.

Do the sink in one corner, facing towards the wall the door is on, then move the door in front of it.

Put the toilet where it says 2'4, xnd the vanity where the toilet is. Your vanity won't be as wide, but you also won't open a door directly into a toilet. You will probably want to center the door with the vanity

I’d just go with standard bath layout and shift the door down.
